ninja bangs

so i glanced at some sidebar ad just now and was pretty sure it said "ninja bangs." and i had to see what this was. especially because it was accompanied by a picture of one of those "i'm rugged, yet i have incredibly floppy hair" kind of guys, in a black shirt (and black obviously means ninjas. or cocktails. good either way). bangs and ninjas? what wonderfulness could this be?

turns out it was actually nina bangs, romance novelist. and the picture, i guess, was cheaper than a painting of fabio. and now i'm really disappointed.

because ninja bangs had the potential to be so COOL.
