not antisocial so much as oblivious

it took my sister showing up at the condo and telling me that she had been sent to discover if i was dead for me to realize that i'd had my cell phone off for four days. maybe five. i hadn't noticed that it was missing.

funny thing is, i was considering playing dead and ignoring the knock at the door. largely because the only people who knock on my door are trying to sell me religion, of course, but still. oh, irony.
